Billing & Plans.
Three tiers designed for the reality of a banking partnerships team — a single owner at a seed-stage FinTech, a cross-functional partnerships group at a growth-stage company, and an enterprise-wide deployment at a tier-1 bank. All three tiers give full access to the SHIELD / PRISM / CORTEX trilogy. What changes is seat count, AI budget, advanced compliance controls, and contractual commitments.
Plans
$2,400/year ($1,920 with annual prepay). Single user. 50 AI analyses per month (FinTech Analyzer, Fit, ROI, Playbook combined). Full PRISM matching and SHIELD verification. Core CORTEX (Pulse, Signals, Regulatory Radar — Early Warning and Benchmarks require at least 3 partnerships in the pipeline). 30-day message retention beyond regulatory floor.
$12,000/year ($9,600 with annual prepay). Up to 10 users. Unlimited AI analyses. Full CORTEX including Benchmarks and Early Warning. Priority support (SLA: 8-hour first-response on High-severity issues). Role-based access controls. Team-level activity dashboards. 6 years of message retention — meets FINRA Rule 4511.
$60,000+/year. Unlimited users. Everything in Professional, plus: API access with signed webhooks, SSO (SAML 2.0 or OIDC), IP allowlist, SHIELD admin compliance export, custom data retention policies, US-East primary with US-West DR (or EU region for DORA-regulated entities), contractual SLA with uptime commitment, dedicated customer success manager, quarterly business review, early access to roadmap features. Pricing scales with user count and data residency requirements.
Feature comparison
Free trial
Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial on the Professional plan — enough to onboard, complete KYB verification, receive your first PRISM matches, run a handful of Intelligence reports, and populate some baseline Pulse metrics. At trial end, the default behaviour is to downgrade to Starter unless you confirm a paid plan. Cards are never auto-charged; we ask before billing.
Annual prepay discount
Annual prepay is discounted 20% off the monthly rate on Starter and Professional tiers. Enterprise contracts are custom and typically include annual terms by default with multi-year commitments available for additional discount.
Billing operations
- Processor — all billing runs through Stripe. TECH never stores card details; Stripe holds the card, TECH holds a customer reference.
- Receipts — emailed and available in Billing → History within the app.
- Plan changes — upgrade any time (prorated immediately); downgrade at renewal.
- Seat adjustments (Professional) — add seats any time; remove at renewal.
- Invoiced billing (Enterprise) — NET 30 or NET 60 terms available. Invoice-based plans still live in Stripe for receipt and portal integration but skip the automatic charge.
- Cancellation — cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Data is retained per your plan's retention policy until the first subsequent regulatory retention trigger (typically 6 years for message archive).
Enterprise contract specifics
Enterprise agreements typically include:
- Uptime commitment (99.9% standard; 99.95% available with additional premium).
- Data Processing Agreement (GDPR Art. 28 compliant; DORA-aligned for EU-regulated entities).
- Information Security Addendum with review cadence.
- Mutual NDA.
- Early-access to new capabilities with opt-in beta programs.
- Roadmap influence — quarterly input on platform priorities.
