FinTech Analyzer.
Type a company name. In under 90 seconds, get an institutional-grade partnership intelligence report — company profile, funding history, revenue model, key people, strengths and concerns, growth blockers, regulatory risk, and a personalised outreach email draft. The same tool that convinced The Walker Group NYC to back TECH.
What the report contains
Every FinTech Analyzer report is structured into eleven sections, each backed by the underlying Claude-Sonnet model reasoning over a structured rubric:
- Company snapshot — founding year, HQ, employee range, stage, sector, and a two-sentence positioning statement.
- Revenue model — how the company makes money, primary pricing mechanics, and unit economics where inferable.
- Funding history — publicly-reported rounds with amounts, leads, and valuation marks when available.
- Key people — CEO, CFO, CCO/CRO, Head of Partnerships, and notable board members.
- Strengths — 3-5 concrete advantages the company has today.
- Weaknesses / concerns — 2-4 risks a bank due-diligence team should flag.
- Growth blockers — what's actually slowing them down (regulation, tech debt, market fit).
- Target clients — the archetypal customer they sell to.
- Competitors — 3-6 named competitors with differentiation notes.
- Regulatory risk assessment — specific regulations that apply, compliance posture, and historical enforcement history.
- Partnership opportunities — where your organization and this one could credibly collaborate.
The report closes with a fit score (1-10) specific to your organization and a personalised outreach email draft referencing 2-3 concrete overlap points. The email is always labelled as AI-generated and never auto-sent — your call whether to use it verbatim, edit it, or ignore it.
How it works
TECH builds a structured prompt combining your org profile (sector, stage, objectives — no PII) with the target company name. The prompt instructs Claude to produce strictly-formatted JSON conforming to the report schema.
Claude generates the full report from its training data plus our system prompt's grounding. Every report is marked as AI-generated, and no claim in the report is presented as direct fact without the model's own confidence framing.
The report is stored as an Analysis row and made
available for PDF export. Every report is retained indefinitely
under your org account and appears in your Intelligence history
for future reference.
Expected wait time
A typical report takes 60–90 seconds to generate. During the wait, the app shows a progress indicator explaining each phase. This is an intentional design choice — the Claude Sonnet model is the best available for this kind of structured reasoning, and we would rather deliver a considered 90-second report than a fast shallow one.
No auto-send. The outreach email draft is never sent automatically. A human must click Send — this is hard-coded and cannot be overridden by API, preventing accidental or unauthorized communications.
FINRA archival. If you do send the outreach email through TECH's messaging, it is archived under Rule 4511 alongside the prompt and model version used to generate it.
Origins — the Walker Group demo
This tool's ancestor is walker-group-demo-v2.html, a single HTML file Luis built in late 2025 that generated FinTech intelligence reports in under 60 seconds using Claude. It is what convinced The Walker Group NYC to back TECH. The DNA of that demo — dark theme, card-based UI, colour-coded sections (green strengths / red concerns / amber blockers / purple people / blue opportunities) — lives here, now integrated with the SHIELD compliance stack and the PRISM matching engine.
